Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. As part of a county-wide education campaign, the Library will display books about domestic violence donated by the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence and the Battered Women's Project. The exhibit also includes bookmarks, examples of additional resources available at the library, and information about recognizing and preventing domestic abuse. Please stop by the Library to learn more about domestic violence.
